Welcome to the Excite Artists Portal. This guide will help you register, submit your music, and manage royalties with ease.

User Guide

  1. Creating Your Account
    1. Visit the Excite Artists Portal. (Spoiler: you’re already here!)
    2. Register for a new account by completing the sign-up form.
    3. Log in with your new credentials and brace yourself for world domination.
  2. Submitting Your Artist Profile
    1. Go to the Submit Your Artist section.
    2. Provide all required info, including your social media and streaming links.
    3. Submit for review and wait for approval. (Patience, young Padawan!)
    Note: Approval may take up to one month while we verify your details and music. You’ll get an email when you’re approved.
  3. Track Submissions
    1. Once approved, use the Dashboard’s Track Submission Form.
    2. Enter track name, genre, download link, and state if it’s original or a cover.
    3. Submit and start your countdown to viral stardom.
    Accepted: Originals and cover vocals.
    Not Accepted: Remixes or tracks containing samples from copyrighted works.
    Licensing Terms
    • All accepted originals are contractually bound to the Excite Digital Store for 5 years.
    • Artists get 60% royalties across all streaming platforms and the Excite Store.
    • Excite handles distribution so you can handle your fans.
  4. Royalty Claims
    1. When your tracks generate sales, you’ll see a Request Royalty button in your Dashboard.
    2. Submit your royalty claim via the portal.
    3. Processing time:
      • Standard: up to 1 month
      • Target: within 2 weeks of claim submission
